...But are you leading the conversation?
This February, we are challenging you to step up. We are shifting focus to WonderVoice—because the most effective leaders are the ones who aren't afraid to be seen and heard.

We are officially live! The very first episode of WonderVoice is out now, and we are starting with a topic that affects almost everyone in the digital age:
Camera Wellness.
In this episode, we sit down with Derek to explore how using your voice—specifically on camera—
If you have ever felt resistance to hitting "record" or speaking up, check this episode out!Â
23/01/2026 - Jan Networking Lunch

Last month, we gathered for our first WonderGrowth lunch of 2026 with our guest speaker, Freeman.
We discussed how most people use travel to escape life and end up feeling more tired after travel. That's because we didn't set an intention for the travel. Same as doing any other things in life. So next time, when we travel, make sure to ask ourselves, "What do I want travel to bring to me?"
Thank you to everyone who joined us to set their "inner compass" for the year ahead!

09/02/2026 - Feb WonderVoice Event

Our recent WonderVoice workshop was full of great energy, inspiring stories, and people showing up as themselves. In a relaxed, supportive space, participants learned how to feel more comfortable on camera, tell their story in a natural way, and walk away with a real video they can use, all while enjoying meaningful conversations, networking, and lunch.
Our next WonderVoice session is in May. If you know someone who’d love to feel more confident on video and share their story authentically, please feel free to pass this on; sometimes one invitation makes all the difference.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to your fortnightly Wonderlab Health Tip!Â
Today, we are sharing a super simple—yet incredibly effective—way to manage glucose spikes. You don’t need to go to the gym, and you certainly don’t need to run a marathon. The answer is... Housework!Â
Yes, you heard that right. Research highlights that engaging in light movement (like washing dishes, vacuuming, or tidying up) for just 15 minutes within 90 minutes of eating triggers your muscles to actively absorb glucose from your bloodstream for energy.
This simple act doesn't just flatten your post-meal spike; it also prevents your body from flooding with insulin.
So, tonight, resist the urge to collapse on the sofa immediately after dinner! Try resetting your space instead. You’ll be resetting your home and your metabolic health at the same time.Â
WonderLab Insight:
This week, I’ve been thinking about introverts and extroverts.
We often label ourselves — introvert means shy, extrovert means always talking.
But I don’t believe we need to fit into one box.
I think we can be both.
Sometimes we gain energy through connection and conversation. Other times, we need quiet space for deep thinking and reflection. Neither is better than the other.
What matters most is this: after an activity or social event, do you feel recharged or drained?
When we choose what truly supports our energy, wellbeing becomes much more natural.
